Information needed for all loan applications:

Most recent pay stub(s) showing year-to-date earnings

If you are self-employed, we will need complete personal and business tax returns for the past two (2) years

Bank of investment statements for the most recent two-month period

Name and telephone number of your insurance company and agent

Additional information is needed if you apply for:
- Construction Loan: Construction Contract, Specs, and Constructions Plans/Blueprints
- Purchase Loan: Purchase Agreement
- Refinance Loan: Most Recent Mortgage Loan Statement, Copy of Title Policy, Copy of Location Survey, Statement(s) of Account(s) to be Paid
- Home Equity: Most Recent Mortgage Loan Statement, Statement(s) of Account(s) to be Paid
- Vehicle Loan: Original Title (if free and clear), Purchase Agreement
