A personal computer with Internet access, an e-mail address, and a North Akron Savings Bank account are all you need to get started. Click the Enroll Now button at the top of this page in the green Online Banking box. Fill in the First Time User Information and click Submit. Once we validate your enrollment information, we will send you a temporary Access ID and Password in separate mailings. This process takes about two business days and you will need both of these to complete your initial logon and begin banking online. The browser you use to access the Internet must be either Internet Explorer 5.5 (or greater) from Microsoft Corporation or Netscape's Navigator 6.0 (or greater). North Akron Savings Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Internet banking customers. We've added an additional layer of security to our log in process called RSA Adaptive Authentication, a type of layered authentication. This helps ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft. This extra layer of security will cause the Online banking screen to split into two pages - one page for entering your Access ID and a second page for entering your Password. We never solicit confidential information through the Internet or e-mail without prior consent. We will never send e-mail which requires you to enter personal information directly into the e-mail, threaten to close your account if you do not take immediate action or provide personal information, ask you to reply by sending personal information, or ask you to enter your User ID, password, or account numbers into an e-mail or non-secure web page.
