Welcome to Internet Banking!
You are about to transform your personal computer into a North Akron Savings Bank branch office.
This online branch is designed to:
Summarize account information. Activities include viewing a list of your bank accounts, viewing account details, and performing transactions.
Perform account transactions. Activities include viewing transaction history, transferring funds between accounts, and exporting transactions to a Personal Financial Management (PFM) tool such as Microsoft Money or Intuit's Quicken.
A personal computer with Internet access, an e-mail address, and a North Akron Savings Bank account are all you need to get started. Click the Enroll Now button at the top of this page in the green Online Banking box. Fill in the First Time User Information and click Submit. Once we validate your enrollment information, we will send you a temporary Access ID and Password in separate mailings. This process takes about two business days and you will need both of these to complete your initial logon and begin banking online. If you prefer to receive your Access ID and Password in two separate e-mail messages, please let us know by clicking this link and sending us a quick message: Access ID and Password Request (Please include your name and address in the message.)
Security is extremely important when it comes to your financial matters. Complete privacy, controlled through 128-bit encryption and a password, ensures only authorized access to your accounts.
The browser you use to access the Internet must be one of the following:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows, Version 7.x, version 8.x
- Mozilla Firefox, Version 3.x
- Opera, Version 9.x
- Mozilla Camino, Version 1.0.3 or higher
- Apple Safari, version 3.x, Version 4.x
- Google Chrome, Version 2.x
Retail Internet Banking is certified for IBM-compatible computers but not for Macintosh computers.
North Akron Savings Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Internet banking customers. We've added an additional layer of security to our log in process called RSA Adaptive Authentication, a type of layered authentication. This helps ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft. This extra layer of security will cause the Online banking screen to split into two pages - one page for entering your Access ID and a second page for entering your Password. We never solicit confidential information through the Internet or e-mail without prior consent. We will never send e-mail which requires you to enter personal information directly into the e-mail, threaten to close your account if you do not take immediate action or provide personal information, ask you to reply by sending personal information, or ask you to enter your User ID, password, or account numbers into an e-mail or non-secure web page.
